If you have a question or experience a problem, the information below may help.

Getting Started

MrPic lets you capture or import photos and turn them into creative photo booth images using layouts, frames, filters, effects, and other styling tools.

Camera Permission

MrPic needs camera access when you want to take photos.

If the camera is unavailable:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Find MrPic.

  3. Enable Camera access.

  4. Return to MrPic.

Photo Library Permission

MrPic may need photo access when you want to import or save photos.

To change access:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select MrPic.

  3. Select Photos.

  4. Choose the access level you want to allow.

Saving Photos

After creating your photo booth image, use the save or export option inside MrPic.

If an image cannot be saved, make sure MrPic has permission to add photos to your photo library and that your device has sufficient available storage.

Purchases and MrPic Premium

Some features may require MrPic Premium or another in-app purchase.

All App Store payments are processed securely by Apple.

Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased an eligible MrPic product using the same Apple Account:

  1. Open MrPic.

  2. Open the Premium or Settings screen.

  3. Select Restore Purchases.

  4. Make sure your device is signed in with the Apple Account originally used for the purchase.

Restoring a purchase does not charge you again.

Managing a Subscription

If you have an active MrPic subscription, you can manage or cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting MrPic from your device does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

Privacy

MrPic is designed with privacy in mind.

Photos captured or imported into MrPic are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Troubleshooting

If MrPic is not working as expected:

  1. Close and reopen MrPic.

  2. Check Camera and Photos permissions.

  3. Make sure you have enough available device storage.

  4. Update MrPic to the latest available version.

  5. Update iOS or iPadOS when appropriate.

  6. Restart your device.

If the issue continues, contact us.

When reporting a problem, it is helpful to include:

  • Device model

  • iOS or iPadOS version

  • MrPic app version

  • A short description of what happened

  • A screenshot, if appropriate

Please do not send private photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue and you are comfortable sharing them.
