Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how MrPic ("MrPic", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the application.

MrPic is designed with a local-first approach. Photos you capture or import are processed on your device for the purpose of creating your photo booth images.

1. Photos and Images

MrPic may access photos that you:

• Capture using your device camera

• Select from your photo library

• Create or edit within the App

These images are used to provide MrPic's photo booth, editing, layout, frame, filter, effect, saving, and export features.

MrPic does not upload your photos or videos to our servers.

Photo processing is performed locally on your device.

We do not use your photos for advertising, profiling, AI model training, or sale to third parties.

Your finished photos are saved or shared only when you choose to perform those actions.

2. Camera Access

MrPic may request access to your device camera so you can capture photos directly within the App.

Camera content is used to provide the photography features you request.

MrPic does not remotely access your camera.

You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings.

3. Photo Library Access

MrPic may request permission to:

• Import photos you select

• Save generated or edited images to your photo library

MrPic only uses this access to provide features initiated by you.

You can modify or revoke photo library permissions through your device settings.

4. Personal Information

MrPic does not require you to create an account.

We do not intentionally collect information such as your:

• Name

• Home address

• Phone number

• Precise location

• Contacts

• Passwords

• Photo library contents beyond images you choose to use

• Advertising identifier for tracking

5. Tracking and Advertising

MrPic does not sell your personal information.

MrPic does not use your photos for targeted advertising.

MrPic does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

6. Purchases

MrPic may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Apple may process information associated with a transaction according to Apple's own privacy practices.

MrPic does not receive or store your complete payment card information.

The App may receive purchase status information from Apple when necessary to determine whether premium features should be available on your device.

7. Information You Send to Support

If you contact us for support, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as:

• Your email address

• The contents of your message

• Screenshots or attachments you choose to send

• Technical information you choose to include

We use this information only to respond to your request, investigate problems, and provide support.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your support request.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your photos with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary:

• To comply with applicable law or a valid legal request

• To protect the security, rights, or integrity of MrPic or its users

• When you explicitly direct us to share content using your device's system sharing features

When you choose to export or share a photo to another application or service, that third party's privacy practices apply after the content leaves MrPic.

9. Data Retention

Photos processed by MrPic remain on your device unless you choose to save, export, share, or delete them.

Because we do not maintain accounts or upload your photos to our servers, we do not maintain a server-side collection of your MrPic photo library.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.

10. Deleting Your Data

Photos stored on your device can be deleted using MrPic or your device's photo management features, depending on where the image is stored.

You can remove locally stored MrPic application data by deleting applicable content or uninstalling the App, subject to the way iOS manages device backups and stored photos.

For information you voluntarily provided to us through support, you may contact us to request deletion.

11. Your Privacy Choices

You can control MrPic's access to the camera and photo library through the privacy settings on your device.

You can also stop all further use of MrPic by deleting the App.

If you contact us and want information associated with your support request deleted, contact us using the email below.

12. Children's Privacy

MrPic is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because MrPic does not require user accounts and processes photos locally, we do not intentionally create profiles about children.

If you believe personal information belonging to a child has been provided to us through a support request, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

13. Security

MrPic is designed to minimize data transmission by performing its primary photo processing locally on your device.

No method of electronic storage or communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle.

14. International Users

MrPic may be available in multiple countries and regions.

Where applicable privacy law gives you additional rights concerning personal information that we hold, you may contact us to exercise those rights.

Because MrPic does not maintain user accounts or a server-side photo library, in many cases we will not possess information that can identify your use of the App.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if MrPic's features, technologies, third-party integrations, or legal requirements change.

The current version will display an updated effective date.

If a future version of MrPic changes how personal information is collected or processed, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
