Terms of Use

Welcome to MrPic.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MrPic mobile application ("MrPic", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using MrPic, you agree to these Terms.

1. About MrPic

MrPic is a photo booth application that allows users to capture, import, arrange, style, edit, and export photos using photo booth layouts, frames, filters, effects, and other creative tools.

Features may change, be added, or be removed as the App evolves.

2. Your Photos and Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content that you create or import into MrPic.

MrPic does not claim ownership of your photos.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, edit, save, or share any content you import into the App.

You must not use MrPic to create, distribute, or share content that violates applicable law or infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person.

3. Camera and Photo Library Access

Some MrPic features require access to your device camera or photo library.

MrPic requests these permissions only when they are necessary for features you choose to use, such as:

• Taking photos

• Importing existing photos

• Saving finished photo booth images

• Exporting or sharing images

You can manage these permissions through your device settings.

Some features may not work if the required permission is disabled.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

MrPic may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.

The exact price, subscription duration, trial period, and included features will be displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account.

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:

• The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it.

• Renewal is charged according to the price and billing period shown at the time of purchase.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

• Any free trial or introductory offer will convert to the applicable paid subscription unless canceled according to Apple's subscription terms.

• Where supported, MrPic provides a Restore Purchases option for previously purchased eligible products.

We do not directly receive or store your payment card information.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple's applicable policies.

5. Free and Premium Features

Certain features may be available for free while other features may require a purchase or subscription.

We may modify the set of free or premium features in future versions of MrPic. Changes will not remove rights to purchases that must remain available under applicable App Store rules or consumer law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MrPic for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

• Circumvent purchase, subscription, licensing, or feature-access systems.

• Use the App to violate another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or abuse the App or related services.

7. Intellectual Property

The MrPic application, including its software, branding, interface, original graphics, layouts, icons, and other materials provided by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of MrPic or its intellectual property to you.

Your photos and user-created content remain yours.

8. Third-Party Services

Some functionality may rely on platform services provided by Apple, including App Store purchases, system sharing, photo library access, camera access, and other operating-system features.

Your use of those services may also be subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep MrPic available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Operating system updates, device limitations, technical issues, or other factors may affect certain features.

We may update MrPic to improve performance, security, compatibility, features, or user experience.

10. Disclaimer

MrPic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the App will meet every user's requirements or that operation will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use MrPic.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using MrPic at any time by deleting the App.

We may restrict access to the App where reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

13. Apple App Store

If you downloaded MrPic from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the MrPic developer, not Apple.

Your use of MrPic is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless another valid license agreement applies.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for MrPic except where required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when MrPic, applicable laws, or our practices change.

The latest version will be made available through the App or our website and will include its effective date.

Continued use of MrPic after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
